He studied Piano in private lesson since the age of 10 years. In 1993, completing the YAMAHA Electone Study Course at the YAMAHA Music Foundation achieved the certification of YAMAHA Grade Examination up to 8th Grade in Bandung.
He has known the world of marching band since Junior High School, started as a bass drum player, and then played on the front ensemble as a marimba, vibraphone, and tympani player. He was a member of MB Bahana Cendana Kartika Riau in Rumbai, joining the activities of National Championship, Parade Senja Istana Merdeka and Grand Prix Marching Band. He elected as a member of Drum Corps Indonesia in part of the European Championship World Tour 1989, joining The Hamar Windmusic Festival championship at Hamar Norway, Göteborg Music Festival in Göteborg Sweden, and World Music Contest in Kerkrade Holland, Comparative Study and Rehearsal with Crawley Drum Corps in Crawley England. Being a member of honor in Sadaluhung Padjadjaran Drum Corps participated in various championship like Pearl Marching Percussion Ensemble, Bandung Open Marching Band Championship and Grand Prix Marching Band. Lately, he is a conductor of Nawala Pos Indonesia Concert Band.
He has experience teaching in several marching band units such as Gema Galuh Marching Band Ciamis, MB Listya Dwijaswara Cirebon, Sadaluhung Padjadjaran Drum Corps of Padjadjaran University Bandung. Currently he is program consultant for Nawala Pos Indonesia MB Bandung.
He often attended marching band clinics, master class workshops, and seminars that featured international speakers such as Prof. Thom Hannum, Dr. Cosmo A. Barbaro, Allan Murray, Martin McDaniel, Prof. Jeffrey M. Moore, Scott Johnson, Steven Bantley, James Ancona, and Peter Vulperhorst.
Ginanjar started his career as a judge at Grand Prix Marching Band and Grand Prix Junior Band Jakarta in 2002, as a judge of the Music Analysis Percussion Line. In the past several years he has been a judge in various competitions sanctioned by AMBC such as Piala Raja Hamengkubuwono Marching Band Championship Yogyakarta, Depok Open Marching Band Championship, Minang Marching Band Competition Padang, Bukittinggi Open Marching Band, and Phinisi Marching Competition Makassar. International AMBC Judge experience at Malaysia World Band Championship 2023, Camaru Marching Band Festival 2024 Philippines, and Musiko 2025 Bacoor City Philippines. And now as a judge he also specialized in the caption of Music Ensemble, General Effect, and Music Battle as well both wind and drumline battle. In early 2018, he became a participant at the Asian Marching Band Confederation 2018 Events Management Seminar in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and he completed the Asian Marching Band Confederation 2018 Judges Training certification in Bandung, Indonesia. Currently he is appointed as Judge Academy Director of AMBC for the 2023-2027 period.

An energetic and experienced Program Coordinator, Music Arranger, Drill Designer, Instructor, and International Judge, Paradox has dedicated over 25 years to the marching arts.
His journey began with the Chien-Kuo Marching Band (CKMB), one of Taiwan’s most renowned high school marching bands. Since then, he has taught or guest-instructed more than 30 ensembles, creating and designing shows not only for marching bands and drum corps but also for crossover performances—such as pop concerts, band festivals, and even Taiwan’s National Day celebrations.
Since 2012, Paradox has expanded his career into judging, serving on panels across Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and more, accumulating extensive international experience in performance evaluation.
As the director of the Taipei Yuehfu Drum & Bugle Corps—the only American-style drum corps in Taiwan—he has led the group to represent Asia in Drum Corps International (DCI) five times, achieving multiple International Championship titles against teams from Japan, the Netherlands, and Canada. Notably, in 2005, Yuehfu earned 2nd place in DCI’s Division III among U.S.-based corps. The year 2026 marks the corps’ 30th anniversary.
In addition, Paradox co-founded the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) in 2016 alongside Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong and other founding members. He currently serves his third term as Secretary General, continuing to promote and strengthen marching arts across the region.

Mr.Pongpun Buabol was born and raised in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. He started his marching band career in 1998 by joining Sikhiu “Sawadphadungwittaya” School Marching Band as a trumpet player. In the same year, his band joined a national competition – division B, and earned a gold medal. In 2002, he applied for North Eastern Technological College and joined a marching band there. In the college, he was instructed by Prof. Surasi Chanoksakul and joined a national competition – division B, and earned a gold medal and the first place of the division. In 2004, he was instructed by Mr. Kosin Suebprasitwong and Prof. Surasi Chanoksakul and joined a national competition – division A, and earned a silver medal.
In 2005, he was a music instructor at Planchai Pittayakom. He attended a class on musical and brass instrumental technique at Mahasarakam University. In the same year, he was a brass technical coach for Kosum Wittayasan school and
brought his students to a national competition – division C, and earned a gold
medal.
In 2008, he was a brass technical coach and drill designer for Samutprakan School and brought his students to a national competition – division C, and earned a gold medal and the first runner up. In the same year, he was a brass technical coach and drill designer for Saritdidet School and brought his students to a national competition – primary school division, and earned a gold medal and the first runner up.
In 2009, he was a brass technical coach and drill designer for Watkhemapirataram School and brought his students to a national competition – division C, and earned a gold medal.

Kevin Glorioso has started his color guard career in 2011 when he was a freshman at Parañaque National High School – Main under 4th Raiders Drum and Lyre Corps. He is a full band scholar and finished his college degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management at Adamson University.
With his over 15 years’ experience and expertise, Kevin established his work and contribution to marching band events and activities. A national and international award-winning color guard performer, Kevin has served as the Director of 4th Raiders Color Guard since 2013 – the first scholastic color guard group to represent the Philippines at the WGI – Asia Championships.
In addition, Kevin is a trusted international adjudicator and a certified Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) judge for color guard and visual ensemble.
Currently, he holds the position of Vice President for External Affairs of the Marching Band Association of the Philippines (MBAP) and serves as President of Color Guard Alliance of the Philippines (CGAP).
Through these leadership roles, he remains steadfast in promoting the organization’s core values, particularly in providing opportunities for color guard performers to achieve both personal and artistic growth.

Associate Professor Hanizah Musib is a distinguished trumpet player, music educator, and adjudicator with more than 45 years of experience in the Malaysian music scene. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music from Ohio Wesleyan University (Delaware, Ohio, 1984–1988) and completed her graduate studies Masters in Music at The Ohio State University (Columbus, Ohio, 1988–1990), United States of America. In 2002, she furthered her musical scholarship through doctoral studies in Music at the Royal Holloway, University of London.
Her career as a professional musician began in 1989 with the Malaysian National Symphony Orchestra, and she has since established herself as a versatile performer and educator. She served as an Associate Professor and senior lecturer, training young trumpeters and brass players at the Faculty of Music, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia (1990 – 2024). In addition, she is the resident conductor of KL Sinfonia, a community-based pop orchestra.
Associate Professor Hanizah is widely recognized as one of Malaysia’s leading adjudicators in the field of marching and concert bands. Since 2010, she has been an international adjudicator for the National Marching Band Competition (NATCOMP) and the Malaysian World Marching Band Competition (MWBC). She has been a certified adjudicator for the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) since 2018. Her extensive judging experience includes competitions across Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and beyond, such as the Minang Marching Band Competition (2018–2019), Asian Virtual Marching Band Competition (2020), the first Asian Music Games (AMG) in Jember, Indonesia (2023), NATCOMP/MWBC 2024 (Kedah, Malaysia), MIWFEST 2024 (Shah Alam, Malaysia), BAKOOD Festival 2024 (Bacoor, Philippines), Piala Raja Hamengku Buwono 2024 (Yogyakarta, Indonesia), Makassar International Marching Fest 2025 in Makassar, Indonesia 2025, and most recently, Piala Raja Hamengku Buwono 2025 (Yogyakarta, Indonesia) from 10 – 12 October 2025.
In recognition of her contributions, she was recently appointed Deputy President for the Asia Marching Arts Association (AMAA) in 2025 and Vice President of Persatuan Pancaragam Malaysia (PPM) since 2023. Through her leadership, creativity, and dedication, Associate Professor Hanizah has played a pivotal role in shaping Malaysia’s marching band culture. Her work has not only elevated performance standards nationally and internationally but has also inspired and nurtured generations of young musicians, fostering a vibrant and passionate community of performers and educators.
Armand Haniff bin Mohamed Hoezei
Armand Haniff bin Mohamed Hoezei
Mr. Armand Haniff bin Mohamed Hoezei is a dedicated music educator, trumpet player, conductor, and music arranger with a strong background in the Malaysian music scene. Having played the trumpet since 2010, he brings over a decade of performance experience and five years of specialized teaching expertise to his craft. He earned his Diploma in Music and his Bachelor’s degree in Music Composition (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Demonstrating outstanding academic excellence, he received the prestigious Vice Chancellor’s Award for both programs by consistently maintaining a GPA above 3.50. Additionally, he holds Grade 3 ABRSM certifications in both Practical (Trumpet) and Theory.
His professional career began in 2021 as a Branch Manager and Trumpet Teacher at a specialized Music Centre, where he managed administration, operations, and syllabus design, while also providing one-to-one trumpet instruction for students at Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar in Seremban. He currently serves as a Music Specialist Teacher at Aspiration International School, guiding both primary and secondary students in performing arts, instrument studies, and music exploration. Armand’s community and ensemble involvement is equally notable. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the Assistant Conductor, Principal Trumpet, Music Arranger, and Librarian for KL Sinfonia, a community orchestra. In 2019, his brass quintet, Brass Monkz, was appointed as the Resident Brass Quintet for the Penang International Brass Festival. More recently, in 2025, he toured across Kuala Lumpur, Kedah, Pahang, Johor Bahru, and Selangor as a Melodica/Pianica and Brass Trainer for the National Band Camp.
Mr. Armand is increasingly recognized for his expertise in trumpet performance, conducting, and arranging within the marching and concert band arenas. He is a certified adjudicator under the World Marching Band Organization (WMBO) and the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC). His judging portfolio includes serving as an adjudicator for Winds, Brass, and Pianica/Melodica at the Piala Raja Hamengku Buwono X 2025 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He has also actively built his adjudicating experience as a Shadow Judge for Winds and Brass at key international events, including the National Band Competition (NATCOMP) and Malaysian World Band Competition (MWBC) in Kedah (2023), the Bakood Music Festival in the Philippines (2024), and Piala Raja Hamengku Buwono (2025).
In recognition of his ongoing contributions to the local music community, he was appointed as Vice Auditor for Persatuan Pancaragam Malaysia (PPM) in 2026. Through his leadership, creativity, and dedication, Mr. Armand aims to inspire and educate the industry about marching bands, orchestras, and other notable ensembles without discrimination or boundaries. He operates on the profound belief that music is one and music is universal—dedicating his career to fostering an inclusive and passionate community of performers and educators, no matter where the music takes him.

Lean Nyiok Moy was a music teacher for 37 years after graduating from teacher training college, where she majored in Music. Throughout her career, she served for 27 years as a Melodian Band and Brass Band teacher also is the founder at a primary school in Kedah, Malaysia. Her bands frequently emerged as champions in marching band competitions at the state, national, and international levels.
She had the opportunity to pursue further studies in music when she was offered a place in a Diploma in Music Education program by the Ministry of Education. She also holds a certificate from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
She held the role of music teacher trainer for Kedah State Education Department (Music Subject) for 20 years and served as the choir conductor for the State Education Department for 3 years. Since retiring in 2024, she has often been invited to conduct training in music teaching for school teachers.
Madam Lean attended the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) and World Marching Band Organisation (WMBO) International Judge Training and Examination in 2024
Since then, she has become involved in NATCom and MWBC band competitions and events as a supporting adjudicator member.She awarded the Brass Band Icon Award at the NATCom Bands Competition 2023.

Muhamad Hazrin Bin Hj Ishak is a dedicated trumpet player, music educator, and adjudicator with extensive involvement in the music performance and education scene both locally and internationally. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), where he developed a strong foundation in pedagogy, performance, and musical leadership. Hazrin has actively participated in a wide range of musical performances and competitions, showcasing versatility across different genres and ensemble settings. His experience spans both national and international platforms, contributing to his
well-rounded perspective in music education and adjudication. In the field of judging and evaluation, he is a certified adjudicator under the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) and Drum Corps Asia (DCA). His credentials are further strengthened by his participation in the Judge College organized by the Malaysia Concert & Marching Band
Association (MCMB), equipping him with professional standards and insights into
adjudication practices. With a strong commitment to musical excellence and education, Hazrin continues to contribute to the development of young musicians while maintaining an active presence in the performing arts and competitive music scene.

Rafael Redzuan
Rafael Redzuan is a distinguished judge in the Colorguard and Percussion arenas, bringing a rich tapestry of experience to his role. Since 2013, Rafael has been an influential Colorguard instructor, utilizing his specialized training in Design and Choreography to mentor and inspire performers. In 2015, he founded Vortex Winterguard in Kuala Lumpur, establishing it as a leading force in the Colorguard community.
His innovative choreography and design led Vortex Winterguard to secure 1st place in both the Malaysia WGI Open Class and National Class in 2016 and 2017. Rafael’s expertise also shone through in his work with St. John’s Institution, achieving a 2nd place finish in the Philippines WGI Scholastic Category in 2018. His judging credentials are further highlighted by his roles as a Colorguard and Percussion judge for the University Mara Band Comp in 2017, 2018, 2023, and 2024, where his deep knowledge and discerning eye continue to shape and elevate the competitive landscape.

A passionate marching arts practitioner since 2009, I have developed a strong foundation in music performance before specializing in the percussion field. My early experience as a brass and woodwind performer shaped my understanding of musicality and ensemble balance, which I later applied to percussion performance and instruction.
Since joining Voice of Percussion (VoP) in 2014, I have been actively involved in advancing percussion excellence, serving as a coach and technical trainer since 2019. My focus lies in strengthening fundamental skills, timing precision, sound quality, and ensemble cohesion. I have also contributed as a music arranger, with a particular emphasis on percussion writing and effective musical integration. My competitive background includes multiple championship titles and podium finishes in international marching and indoor percussion events, including WGI Malaysia Indoor Percussion and major international competitions such as the Malaysia World Band Competition (MWBC) and Thailand World Marching Championship (TWMC).
I obtained my judging certification under Drum Corps Asia (DCA) in 2019 and further strengthened my adjudication credentials with certification from the Asian Marching Band Confederation (AMBC) in 2024. With additional exposure through shadow judging at KLIYMBC and GPMB (Indonesia), I bring a well-rounded and percussion-focused perspective to judging. My evaluation approach emphasizes technical clarity, consistency, musical expression, and overall performance quality in percussion ensembles

Muhammad Aiman Ahmad Nadzari is a Malaysian marching arts practitioner and WMBO–AMBC Certified International Judge (2024–2027) with over a decade of experience in marching band performance, instruction, technical production, and ensemble development.
Aiman’s background spans various roles with SAHC Band and Eximius Regiment UiTM Cawangan Perak, where he served as a performer, percussion and colorguard technician/instructor, and Band Director. Throughout his involvement, Aiman has also served as a percussion and colorguard instructor for various competitive high school and open-category ensembles, contributing to multiple podium finishes at national and international-level platforms such as NATCOMP, MWBC, IDCI and UMBC.
With a comprehensive understanding of performance execution and ensemble coordination, Aiman remains dedicated to supporting the growth and standards of the marching arts community.
