a. All event tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable unless stated otherwise.
b. Entry may require valid ID and proof of purchase.
c. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. - Pricing & Payment
a. All prices are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless stated otherwise.
b. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
c. Payment must be completed via approved payment gateways. - Order Confirmation
a. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
b. You will receive a confirmation email as proof of purchase. - Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to:
– Change event date, time, or venue
– Cancel or postpone the event
In such cases, refund policies will apply accordingly. - Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials are owned by amgkl2026.com and may not be used without permission. - Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
a. Losses due to unauthorized access to your account
b. Personal injury or loss during the event (unless due to organizer negligence) - Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Event Tickets (STRICT POLICY)
a. All ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE except:
– Event cancellation by organizer
– Major changes (date/venue significantly altered)
b. No refunds for:
– Change of mind
– No-shows
– Late arrivals
2. Merchandise Returns
We accept returns only if:
a. Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
b. Request is made within 7 days of delivery
Conditions:
a. Item must be unused and in original packaging
b. Proof of purchase is required
3. Refund Process
a. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
b. Refunds will be made to the original payment method
4. Non-Returnable Items
a. Sale or promotional items
b. Used or worn merchandise
c. Digital products (including tickets)

4. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped
5. Failed Delivery
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate address details
b. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed attempts
6. Risk & Ownership
